To best meet the needs of our international community, and provide flexibility to those participating while juggling the increased care demands and challenges of this time, the majority of our program is asynchronous: our conference talks, panels, exhibition, and some performances will be pre-recorded, and available online beginning the week of the conference. We encourage participants in the asynchronous program to explore the engagement opportunities for sharing their event, which include a question and answer channel on the conference Discord; hashtag chats on Twitter; and an exhibition “opening” to discuss the work.
Our live program is intentionally limited, and focused on plenary events, workshops, roundtables, and interactive performances. The live program is subject to change as we work with participants to accommodate challenges of international scheduling and technology needs.
